Hmmm.  I did a bit of research before I decided to go with Jump.net, and found
that there were reports of REALLY dissatisfied users of the SWBELL.NET
services. Reports were that they were/are overcommitting their bandwidth. 
Reports said that the transfer rates were as guaranteed, but that the ping
times/connect times were at times as slow as a dial-up. Not good if you're
running your own nameserver.  Word has it that Jump has much more in the way of
multiple connections to backbone, etc. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go for
the swbell.net services without at least researching this before making a
decision.
