tulip-diag from beowulf.org; whoa dude, you are making this
way too difficult.  just enable the DEC tulip nic driver in the
config for your kernel.
you might want to read about the options your tulip card needs
to be passed (if you need params you'll need to compile it as
a module then use modprobe, if not, compile it into the kernel)
the rest is smooth sailing...
