I say this every time someone asks. This is a warning not a
recommendation...

SWBell DSL has *the worst* customer service in the history of mankind.

The only reason I keep them is I'm locked in at $40/month with no PPoE.

Their DNS or DHCP server usually goes down for about 6-12 hours once every
two months, and always on the night when I have a project due the next day
:P

On the other hand, if you are an online gamer, their latency is low. I get
ping times to campus at night in the 30's (40's during the day), in 60's to
download.com anytime, and most importantly 60-90's to uswest.battle.net.

My bandwidth never gets better than about 140 KBs, and stays around 120KBs
most of the time.
