Haven't looked into this yet. Do you think this is an issue in jtag or maybe some offset that needs to be fixed in the jtag_ejtag PD? Merged with a few cosmetic/consistency/whitespace changes squashed in (plus some additional patches on top), thanks a lot! The example file is in sigrok-dumps now, and I've also added a test-case in sigrok-test. The PD is renamed to jtag_ejtag to be consistent with jtag_stm32.
