Hmm, it sounds like there is a problem with the project as a whole if folks
who submit patches can't get them merged. Contributor instructions
specifically call out sending patches to the IRC or mailing list, which I
have done, so unless there is another way that is preferred, using the IRC
or ML should work for folks to contribute.

Gerhard, you have made it quite clear your opinion on several things, but
that doesn't exactly help any of us get anything done. I see you have made
commits to the repo recently, so it looks like you are a maintainer after
all, so what do you need in order to accept my code changes? Or is there
another maintainer who I can contact who will be more helpful in getting my
changes in? I've never submitted before, so I'm not sure if I count as a
simple user or as a developer. I'd be happy to help review another patch
request in order to get mine also reviewed and merged, but there has
basically been no communication back to me on what I should or shouldn't do.

Personally I probably won't be using the link MSO-19 device anymore as I
have a newer logic analyzer, but since I have already done the work to get
the device working with sigrok I thought it would be best to get it merged
to make it publicly available.
