Daniel Ford gave more information on the question: RaiMan, I've done some further experimenting, but not solved the problem of Sikuli returning before finishing the script. Despite your dismissal of executables, I re-made an executable from my revised script, and tried calling it with my original batch command: ----- call "D:\DOS\Batch\DTSreenc.skl" ----- The script now runs without errors, but returns to the batch file before the script is finished. This is different from the behaviour in Sikuli 0.10.2, which would not return from the call until the script had finished (closed Surcode). So I guess something has changed in the new Sikuli version to break this correct behaviour. I guess if it can't be fixed soon, I should just go back to version 0.10.2, but use the new script, since it seems to work.
