I do not think, that you need to go back to Sikuli 10.2
It must be a simple detach problem.
the current Sikuli-IDE-w.bat internally uses the start command, to start
the java session to intentionally close the commandline window directly.
So you should simply try Sikuli-IDE.bat, which should do what you want.
