Sorry, comment #4 might not be clear enough:
--- forget Sikuli-IDE-w.bat (since it uses the start command (which
seams not to work with java called as you expect)
--- use Sikuli-IDE.bat instead (eventually to be modified accordingly),
which calls java.exe directly and should wait for completion of script.
TWO DIFFERENT batch files !!!
