Here's something related to my mental health that I have been trying to
work on for my to-don't list.
I'm not always successful, but I have enjoyed the outcome each time I try
it.

When I become aware, I don't let my mind time travel.
It has helped me be kinder to my past self that has made tons of mistakes
and it helps me worry less, be less anxious about my future self's ability
to navigate pain, constant work and uncertainty.
