Could I? Certainly. But I've looked into the purported benefits of it and I
find the evidence unconvincing. Certainly not to the tune of $3500/wk in
benefit.

I think it would be worth it if the health benefits were sufficiently
supported by evidence, but they aren't. There are a number of studies
claiming health benefits for various low level stressors that increase
cortisol, but the long term results are mixed, and I prefer to use strength
training instead. It's REALLY not clear to me that there would be any
incremental benefits.
