When I was living in Montreal I followed Spanish politics news almost as
a sport. Now that I'm back in Spain I don't get near them. The TV is not
even plugged to the antenna (not a strong statement these days as you
can watch most stuff online, but anyway). If I want to keep up to date
with something in particular, I restrict myself to written accounts
(newspapers) strictly. Avoiding the talking heads help.
