Yes, for various reasons, although it is heartening to note that the issue
is mostly one of speed - although that's a big issue. Despite various
problems (corruption, lack of training, incompetence) associated with the
court system, the main one is speed - in other aspects the courts do a
fairly decent job..

Of course, you have to question how poor people will pay for legal
services even in an efficient legal system..

The Consumer courts aren't that bad as far as I know. And this is exactly
the reason why more and more business disputes now go to arbitration
instead of the courts..
