If the second laptop is used, how do they decide the value for it (for duty purposes) ?
maybe an undervalued invoice of some sort will do... I bought some laptop accessories on ebay sometime back from a chinese seller, if the value of the item was 50$ i asked him to provide me shipping invoice with the item declared "used" and valued at $5. So when they charged me duty in nairobi, they charged it only on the $5 declared value....
