blocking blogspot, and apologizes.

I think the soultion you are proposing is counter-intuitive. If google stops
indexing then people have even less access to information which is
exactly the opposite of what you want. If you do not know information
exists then there is no way you will access it. Also this is important if
people search for India+blocking+websites on google and you will not
be able to see the coverage of the indian media which means you will
see only part of the picture. This is especially important as
newly-indexed information has a higher pagerank than older
information (found by ad hoc means).
