unless one is predisposde to a certain frame of mind (a certain situation,
which leads to suicide), or one has a timebound terminal illness -- it is
very hard to talk about the right time to shuffle off this mortal coil.

i enjoy travelling, and sometimes, to get a real feel of things, its neccessary
to cut a few corners in terms of how you travel (e.g: a rickety bus with bald
tires, and a driver on amphetamines...), and where you travel to(e.g: a place
without proper roads, or poor security...).  what i am always aware of is
the 'death by casual accident' (e.g: bus washed away by flash flood / pillaging
bandits attack inconsequential village.....etc...).

(the casual accident scenario is true for everyone in varying degrees....)

on the plus side, once you are aware that a casual accident can end things in
a snap, it makes you want to see and do things that you would not have normally
done, and it can open your eyes.  even if you are scared , you tend to not
worry about the consequences.....

remindful of a time when the transport minister of uganda declared that
saying 'domestic airlines' was wrong, it had to be officially called
'within country airlines'....that was even *before* they had a domestic
airline carrier....
