Still it would be interesting to attempt to deport him to Tibet - because it means India recognizes a Tibetan nation and China doesn't. Implicit in any deportation order would be just the innuendo that the Indian Foreign office intends in dealing with China - i.e keeping the Tibet question alive as long as is diplomatically necessary to counter Chinese claims on various territories. This chap Tsangpo or whoever is a tool and is being used. Tomorrow he will be allowed his "activism" if that is politically convenient. shiv
