Y'know, you dont need IP addresses as such. If his writing style, and his views, fit such and such a person according to the cops in his country .. he'll disappear, whether or not there's an IP. Or some other poor slob will disappear instead of him. Someone get that guy a way to get out of that country and that should probably help.
