Too tightly tied to a Cingular/AT&T mobile contract for my liking.
Touchscreen (and how usable it is to type) is an unknown quantity to
me. UI looks beautiful. WiFi capabilities are a godsend in cities
where unsecured wifi is available every block. Rumor has it that phone
will be unlocked for other SIM cards only after signing up for a
cingular contract. Even the iPod functionality is said to be locked.
Not being more widely open to developers is also a sucky.
