I don't know if I think differently, but I do speak and act rather
differently to various people - even when using the same language [1].
I have no or limited control over this behavior - resultantly (is that
a real word, well it should be) - I encounter my true language and
thought process, I think, only when speaking to a mixed audience.

[1] Yes, I speak different accents of Tamil, Hindi and English
depending on who I am speaking to. So I am more articulate when
speaking to certain people than others.  I sometimes make people
happy, and sometimes sad with this behavior - someone who is not a
native speaker of the language might take offense at what might be
considered a bad mimic of their accent for example. I have been able
to increasingly control this, but it slips in too often to really
matter.
