What? If the online service doesn't work, Kingfisher is cool with the customer going to another airline, but not with engaging in offline customer service? Bizarre. No Representation - Kingfisher Airlines does not warrant or represent that > the Passenger's access to the Kingfisher Airlines online booking facility > will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, > software or other material accessible through the Kingfisher Airlines > online > booking facility will be free of bugs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or > other harmful components > Sounds like a generic version of caveat emptor. This is CYA stuff that they think will save their asses if transactions fuck up. I doubt that any half-decent court will buy it. I have a friend who manages KF's online sales channel. Let me try and find out what they were thinking. -- Sumant Srivathsan http://sumants.blogspot.com
