Anybody care to look up this registration?

That's a transfer registration, issued temporarily in some states until the 
permanent registration is issued. It won't be easy to trace except for the 
police. Once a permanent number is given, it is easier to trace.

Is this brazen attack not in the news yet? After the Hindu publication, I mean.
