Will anybody else join me in setting up a Legal Fund for pursuing the perpetrators of such incidents through the criminal and civil law-courts, also a Police Watch to identify and publicise police officers - the SP Mangalore, the Commissioner of Police, Bangalore, to name just two examples of the bought-over - and name-and-shame-them?
