Well, after a torrid time in Bombay, and later after moving to Bangalore, I decided to always eat breakfast and dinner from home, and have a light lunch from office. Heavy lunch usually reduced productivity and it took a few hours to get up to speed again making you stay late. The microwave lunch options have increased exponentially over the years in India - the best being the heat-and-eat meals from ITC, MTR etc. Incidentally, for those living abroad, I find these in most Indian grocery stores in the US.
