Being a bit of a spice monster, I've looked for a while to find sauces etc based on the Bhut Jolokia in India - not the least because it's cultivated in Tezpur, Assam, where I spent 3 years growing up.
I didn't find any. Till I visited a mall in Philadelphia last week and found 3 American firms making various sauces based on it (named in the "Kick Yore Ass / After Death / etc" genre).
