I am not sure whether this falls under the nomenclature, but I guess it could come under that. The government here has sponsored self help groups (mostly ladies and some gents also). The self help groups in a nearby village - Mararikulam - have jointly turned their farms into a project and do sell organic vegetables produced by them along the highway (NH47). This place is 13 kms from Alleppey towards Ernakulam.
