Shoddy reporting. The Australian did not say any such thing. The "attack crisis" came *after* the visa rules were tightened. The visa rules were tightened because fly-by-night colleges were being used to circumvent permanent residency requirements by churning out "graduates" in "preferred professions" like "chef" and "beautician." The attacks are a symptom of general racism and xenophobia and anti (brown) immigration. -- Charles
