Mahesh,
I am intrigued. I think "Social listening" as a process appeals to me a lot.
One of the reasons why we are conducting this open space is to actually
'listen' to people in the technology-privacy field and understand how they
think of these questions. It is a part of our research methodology rather
than a dissemination mode.
