Scott, what great stuff I am learning from you and many thanks, this elder
flowers, do I need to buy it from a bulk herb store or is the "bottled" stuff
ok?? health food stores near me are just trying to sell everything. I have
brain inflammation symptoms, now subsiding , from consuming aspartame. I better
buy those books you talk about and YES, my prayers are with Jack. Best to this
