Try Alpine's ozone generator. I heard someone mention that the black mold in her bathroom was easily wiped off with a cloth after ozone treatment. I think she was using the $495 Alpine machine (It's now $595).
The only problem now is that the FDA has proposed limiting the concentration of ozone, so the newer models may not have it's therapeutic value anymore. It's just a thought.
