About 30 days ago we began to smell an odor in the newly remodeled bathroom. It was finally traced to a very small black growth on the floor tile grout beside the new commode. The commode doesn't leak BTW. We have tried to kill it with various store bought cleaners and disinfectants. We then tried 100ppm CS, Mule team Borax, and now 35% H2O2. The H2O2 seems to be working, however the odor (mold?) is spreading to other grout lines- like it was trying to escape the peroxide. First -what is it? Second- is there a R/B frequency that will kill it? I've pored through my frequency lists to no avail. Could I pour water ( or CS) on the floor and zap it with a HFA4? What frequency? We think that it may be causing respiratory problems. HELP!!! Jolly
