Hi Donna and Reid, I have also been taking the silver for over 2 years. I definitely feel it has helped. I use the 30 PPM also. I haven't been brave enough to make it. I have been reading all the postings but that makes it more confusing. Reid and Donna, what kind of equipment do you have? Good luck to you.
