Hi Donna: I've had Lyme for over two years, and started with CS this past February. I had what I thought to be a Herx reaction for about 2-2 1/2 months--general achiness, quite a bit of joint pain, no strength or energy. Then, gradually, I started improving, until about June, when I felt just about like my old self. It has now been 7 months since I started with CS, and I feel that I am 99% back to my old self. I'm continuing with 2 tsp per day of 20ppm until I'm completely symptom free, and then for another month to be sure. Then, perhaps I'll cut back, but I'm really not sure. I never want to go through what I did for the past 2 1/2 years!! Stick with it. CS works where no ABX did for me. Be well. Nick
