Reid, You had responded in one of your emails that your herx felt like the flu. How long does your herx last? Also is the achiness off an on? I have been taking CS for lyme, first I made it myself and I was feeling pretty good for awhile, then I started testing it and found the ppm to be low dose. I then altered my way of making the CS to be around 30ppm. In about two weeks after doing so I started with the achiness, I figured it was a herx, after a few months of this feeling off and on I got alittle scared and went to the store bought stuff. It is 500ppm. I am takin 1 tsp in place of my regular doses. I am still aching off and on. I guess I am just wondering if this could be a herxing period this whole time. I always had joint pain with lym and other symptoms but never felt achy all over like this. Thanks for your help. Donna
