Ask your pharmacist. I have found mine to bne very knowledgeable both about drug interactions and potential "overdoses". As far as the fungus infection, there are many MANY things, including the silver that will help with that, without taking Niazoral. Have him try soaking his feet and hands in a boric acid solution, twice a day for the nail fungus. (maybe you could mix some silver in there too?) Also, aren't you having a bad yeast problem as well? (Is my Lyme memory serving me correctly?) You and he are p robably passing the infection back and forth, if he has "jock itch".
