I wonder if anyone has used CS for healing gums. (I am waiting to get my teeth cleaned but my #%*(#$_%$ dentist gave me the "next appointment" two months out! If I swish CS around in my mouth, and then spit it out, will it get into my system anyway? I ask because I am being very cautious about how much I take internally as it gives me die-off due to yeast and I need to go very slowly and know exactly what I am doing and how much I am taking.
