I too get immediate dieoff when taking CS internally, even at only one
teaspoon a day. However, when I'm not taking it orally I find that after I
brush my teeth I can spray CS on my toothbrush and brush it vigorously
right into my gumline and not get a dieoff reaction at all. I do not have
nor have never had periodontal disease but since I've been fighting the
systemic candida yeast infection I have bleeding gums. Quite severely
bleeding. Sorry to be graphic but there are days when the blood will drip
right into the sink. I always brush gently to avoid this (even though is
doesn't seem to make any difference) and use a soft bristle brush. When I
brush the silver in, the next day the gums either bleed just a tiny bit or
not at all. But I do have to use it every day. If I miss a day or two the
gums are right back to bleeding again.
