I have posted several times about what CS did for my gums. I have
always had periodontal disease and just after taking CS for a month I had my
teeth cleaned and for the first time my dental hygienist told me she didn't
know what I was doing but I no longer had periodontal disease. That shocked
me. I had done everything in the past trying to help it and nothing had
worked but the CS did. I made my own at the time so it was a weak PPM but
when I took it I swished it around my mouth several times before swallowing
it. I am taking CS for Lyme and wasn't even thinking about the possibilities
of the periodontal disease being cured. My gums used to bleed a lot and they
no longer do. I don't spit it out though. What little you do take if you
are swallowing any of it you should be swishing.
I know take Silver WaterOz and its higher in PPM and I think I am well
on my way to being over Lyme completely. The WaterOz I can tell you from my
experience is staining my teeth but it is easy to clean the stain off. Its
nothing like the staining I got from Doxycycline that took sandblasting to
get it off. LOL Course until recently I was taking a cup of WaterOz a day.
I have now cut it back to half because I am feeling great and don't see a
need to continue that much.
