edb is ethylene(?) dibromides and in california the are there in the
morning and most of the day. rumor has it that 39 states are being
poisoned with the stuff.
i'd bet that washington dc ,mount wether, and cheyenne mountain regions
are free of it though. i'd call and ask, but i don't like concentration
camps.
