Hi all-
I have a question on this topic. My husband has terrible sinus headaches
as a result, he feels, of going in and out of dry, cool air-conditioned air and
back into humid, hot air. He also suffers when a weather front is moving
through. Would using a method like this help in this instance? I know,
though, he also is affected by allergens at other times, as he reacts to rag
weed, cats and some flowering trees in the spring.
Thanks
Theresa

I use a mix of CS/DMSO as nose drops, works a treat for mucous. DMSO
makes CS for sinus much more effective in my experience. And though it
can feel a bit burny for a very short time, adding DMSO actually makes
the CS nose drops much more tolerable to me.
