Sorry about going off the wall again. I guess I was trying to *make* something in that bottle for you. If what is on the label is what's in the bottle...Ozonated Alkaline-ionized Peroxide salt water..would be my best guess.

 A Spectro-analysis would probably just show it to be plain salt water.
