CS, probably not...but a few bananas might.
Muscle cramps are often Potassium deficiency related.
Not sure, but at times I think Bananas are deficient also.
Some taste like it.
Other foods are higher. Almonds and Black Strap molasses.
Mix all together in blender.
Bananas, Almonds, and Black Strap.
No more potassium deficiency.
