Nothing New. It has been around a long time.
OK .... will do it.
My first message will be a topic list and guideline.
If we could follow this, the people new to the subject would have a
better history and understanding of the subject.
We could discuss the history, early world examples, and progress right
up to today.
And....... if anyone thinks it does not effect them, maybe they should
rethink how they plan to avoid it.
It will be later tonight before I post to the OT list.
