Mary here,
I take mag oil: for energy, under arms will get directly to the lymph glands,
spray on top of hands, and feet. This will last about 6 hrs

after brushing I spray on my gums( I have gum recession due to an accident)and
swish in the mouth.

Use it in the bath all over the body.

On bottom of feet for everything else.

Any time I have pain I spray it where the pain is, pain is gone within 20
minutes.

My mom's arteries had calcified, according to doc, I sprayed it directly on the
skin where the arteries are, within one month the calcification was gone, doc
checked her, I also gave this internally in her morning coffee.
My mom had congestive heart failure every time she went to the hospital they
gave her mag ivs.

I also keeps ph up there in the high 7's.

Although I am in my middle 60's I clean houses as a sideline, my back can hurt
after lugging the vacuum up and down 2 or three flights of stairs, I bring the
spray with me and spray it on, pain is gone!!!!

I have nothing wrong with me and I plan on keeping it that way.

Mary
