Hi Ruth.

Before telling you my favorites, I want to first point out that different types
of supplements have different functions. They either (a) nourish, (b) boost or
regulate the immune function, or (c) outright kill microbes. Although there can
be an overlap between the three functions, I have categorized them this way to
make it easier to sort them.

Here, then, are the supplements I would take, with a designation of what
function they serve.

1) (a) VIBE, a raw concentrated fruit-veggie-green-tea-antioxidant drink made
by Eniva. The fluid is electrically charged so it's "clustered," or wetter, and
it gets right into the cells (tablets and pills are not always digeted or
assimilated by the body). This is a fantastic drink that provides overall
nutrition.

I'm not allowed to make medical claims. However, I can say that I have
experienced amazing results personally and witnessed what appear to be miracles
with people feeling good, once they get the nutrition they need. You put 1
ounce in water. People who are very ill may take VIBE up to three times a day.
Disclosure: I'm a wholesale distributor, and this product is MLM. But I like
the product so much, I put up with the MLM aspects. My associate has seen such
good results, she offers a money-back guarantee if you use the product as
directed after 1 month and don't see any improvement.

2) (a) Omega-3 oil or Omega oil blend. I use either EFACOR (also made by Eniva)
or a molecularly distilled tuna Omega-3 oil from Standard Process, whatever I
have on hand. (Molecular distillation removes the mercury.) The brain and
nervous system are over 80% fat. The kidneys, heart and other organs need good
fats in order to function. Ordinarily I would get my Omega-3 oils from fish,
but since fish are so contaminated, I take the oil supplements. You can get
Omega-3 from flax, but not everyone's system can do the biochemical conversion
necessary with flax to obtain the maximum benefits. Fish oil is easier on the
body, and more assimilable.

3) (a) Cell-ready Minerals, also from Eniva. I like liquids because they are so
assimilable.

4) (a, c) Iodine. Most people are iodine deficient, and hypothyroidism is a
problem for over half the United States population (See David Derry, et al.).
Iodine is a highly potent germicide. So is colloidal silver, but a lack of
iodine creates all sorts of metabolic problems. Research shows that women with
breast cancer are deficient in iodine.

5) (a) Willard Water. The original formula is available from Nutrition
Coalition. I wouldn't buy it from any other place, because they dilute the
formula. WW makes water wetter. It also raises the pH of the water. This might
not seem like such a big deal, but when plants grow faster and animals' coats
get really shiny, you begin to see the possibilities of WW. I put WW into my
finished batches of colloidal silver to raise the pH so I don't have to drink
acidic CS.

6) (b) Transfer Factor formula from 4Life, Echinacea from Medi-Herb, or both.
They work a bit differently. The Transfer Factor regulates and supports the
immune function of the body. This makes it safe both for people with a
hyperactive immune system (autoimmune disorders) and a hypoactive immune system
(not enough "oomph" to fight infections). Echinacea actively stimulates white
blood cells, which may make it contraindicated for people with autoimmune
disorders. Hint: If the echinacea tincture you are taking does NOT make your
tongue tingle and even feel numb, it does not contain the "active ingredients"
and is therefore worthless!

Disclosure: I'm a wholesale distributor of 4Life Transfer Factor, and this
product is MLM. Anyone can get the product at the same price that I do, by
using my ID#. Or, you can pay a nominal sum and get your own ID#, and earn
commissions.

Since CS does seem to stimulate the immune function, these items may seem
redundant. That's why they are number 6.

I have found great results from the general formulas. However, everyone is
unique. After one takes them for a while, if there's still a deficiency in the
body, then you can zero in on a specific deficiency you might have. Other
common deficiencies I've noticed are magnesium, silica and selenium.

If you have any questions, email me on- or off-list.

Best,
Nenah

  Hi Groups!

If for some reason you HAD to pick only your top 3 vitamin/mineral
SUPPLEMENTS for the best overall nutritional health for your body that you'd
use on a daily basis, what 3 things would it be? I'm not talking about healing
therapies such as CS, MMS, DMSO, or MSM, etc. I'm trying to get a feel for
what different individual's take to maintain their nutritional well being only,
above and beyond any healing therapies that may be needed, and to see if I'm
anywhere close to what I could be doing better for myself and family. (combo
supplements such as Emergen-C would count as only 1 of your 3 picks)

OK.... pick FIVE if need be, but try to stick with no more than that
please! <grin> Besides having financial limitations, it's just no fun having
to pop lots of pills or take numerous supplements on a daily basis. I'm
looking forward to lots of responses and the variety of ways in which we all
try to accomplish our nutritional needs, besides using a good proper diet. Of
course, if you use more and it's a method that's inexpensive, and doesn't make
you a slave to supplement ingestion, those would be interesting to hear as
well. I'm sure we all could benefit from everyone's input.

  Thanks in advance!!
  Ruth B.
