Since CS and the immune system work in completely different ways, that's doubtful. BUT, if CS does what it's supposed to do, that can make the immune system not needed as much, therefore, not kick in as much.
That might be *construed* as a "suppression"...kinda, sorta.

If CS does the entire job, the body may not develop a future immunity to a given bug, as it never had to produce the antibodies.

Everything needs exercise to stay strong.
It would probably not be good to "replace" your immune system.
I don't see how helping it when it falls behind a bit, can hurt.
And since you don't generally feel sick till it's too late, and generally don't use much CS till you feel sick...you don't use a lot of CS till it's too late and the immune system is kicking in. The maintenance dose is not a perfect prevention system, just a decent reduction.

You don't get as sick as often, or for as long.

I was on another site for pets and it was posted that CS could interfere with the immune system. Here is a portion of the quote: I recently asked a well known pharmaceutical and nutritional biochemist about colloidal silver. He expressed caution because colloidal silver can actually suppress the immune system.

Since we are using CS/EIS I wanted to check with those that have more experience than we do to see if this if factual. It also bring up a question I have about taking CS with food. Should you stagger taking CS to take on an empty stomach? Does it effect digestion?
