hey Simon, just what is going on with my time, any idea?

on my main PC i use "D4 Time Set" (or something like that) to set the clock
to synch with a choice of observatories etc atomic clock. now recently it
wants me to turn back an hour...so i checked the time against the channel
guide on cable and also the official eBay time and find that should be
wrong. i was thinking i must have missed a daylight saving time adjustment
(time to Fall Back?) but that doesn't appear to be the case.
so i fell back an hour on a couple clocks but then put them forward again.
since i just read your note i ran the D4 program and it set me back an hour
again....now it appears my PC at the time this message will be sent will be
an hour behind (reading an hour earlier)

does anybody really know what time it is? (forgot about that old song...who
was that, BST?)
