Which means it is not updated. You need to fix this. If you are running Windows 2000, there is a manual patch that you will have to apply. If you are running XP, it should have automatically updated itself - unless you have that feature disabled and don't manually go to Windows Update. Macs should also automatically take care of this - Linux you have to be sure to get the proper update as well, but in most cases it too is automatic.
