NENAH, Thank you for all that information. For some reason, my life has been
trying to help others so the more information we have, the better we are able
to help. I think many, many are now seeing that medicines don't take care of
the cause; at least that I have ever heard of. I discovered CS which is a
blessing and since then many come forward to help others in lists like this
one. Leslie

  LINDA:
I have a nephew that has rheumatoid arthritus (so I can't spell:)
He's in his mid to late 40's and has a hard time walking. We figure that by
50 he won't be able to walk enough to work any longer. Does anyone have any
ideas for a protocol he can use the help?

  LESLIE:

I heard about the epsom salt treatment on Dr. Mike's show over a year ago. He
was telling about a lady naturopath that told this should you want to get rid
of arthritis. You take 1/2 teas. epsom salt in aprx 1/2 cup warm water every
night before bed and this would loosen the toxins in the joints. It does work
like a lazative but evidently what is in there has to come out. LOL

  ================================
The common denominator here is MAGNESIUM. It's the most abundant mineral in
the body, and almost everyone is deficient in it. Epsom salts are magnesium
sulfate. However, drinking Epsom salts may not be the most pleasant or even
efficient way to ingest magnesium.

Magnesium OIL is the latest rage on the web. Many people buy it from here:
http://www.weight-care.com/magnesium_chloride.htm Amazon.com also sells mag.
oil.

Technically, it's not oil -- it's magnesium CHLORIDE dissolved in water in
such high concentration, it has an oily feel.

Due to the oily texture, high levels of magnesium chloride in water absorb
into the skin very nicely. This appears to be a great way to get magnesium into
the body, because you avoid the digestive tract and thus you can get higher
levels of magnesium into the system without having diarrhea.

Magnesium is a muscle relaxant, among other uses.

Magnesium chloride and calcium chloride are the coagulants used in making
tofu (soy is loaded with phytoestrogens and is not wise to eat). They are both
called nigari. After considerable searching, I found nigari on the internet
that is ONLY magnesium chloride. It's from Herbal Hut:
  http://www.herbalhut.com/detail.aspx?ID=21178

People are pouring magnesium chloride flakes into distilled water to make
magnesium oil. This is my next project.

Also, if you have arthritis, avoid eating foods in the nightshade family:
tomato, eggplant, bell pepper, hot peppers, all types of white potato. They
produce substances that get into the joints and cause great pain.

Sweating is one of the best ways to eliminate toxins. Access to any type of
sauna or even a steam room or hot bath could help. Epsom salts could be put
into the hot bath (the most common way it's used).

I take a nutritional supplement that has relieved pain in people with
arthritis in a manner of days, but for that, if you're interested it's best to
email me off-list.
