It's complicated, but briefly:
My knee problems started in 1993, when a hammock rope broke, dropping me 18
inches to concrete. That threw my pelvis out of alignment, which meant my
knees were also not in alignment. But it didn't hurt much unless I walked a
lot.
There are no chiropractors here in my small Mexico hometown, so the damage
became permanent. Later attempts by two chiropractors in NYC to fix the
problem failed.
I really damaged them running full-tilt boogie for at least one mile through
the Mexico City airport on Jan.1 of this year, while dragging a heavy
roll-on bag which was skewed sideways behind me most of the way. Completely
blew out my left knee (since I'm right-handed) and damaged my right.
So it goes ...

Subject: CS>Knee problems
I've just recovered from severe knee damage that was healed
with two months of wearing a brace, and three months of using
a Mexican holistic remedy that bears more study.
I was limping around at a street eatery in my hometown in
Mexico, when a local man I knew approached me, and told me he
had suffered similar knee damage, and had cured it with honey
bee royal jelly. He even told me how to take it --just a
toothpick tip dipped into the jelly each day, and the small
amount placed under the tongue.
I was slightly skeptical, but went ahead and did it,finding a
local supply of royal jelly which sold for $100 pesos (about
$9 US) for a two-ounce jar.
I've been using that same jar for four months now, and it's
still half full.
Within a week of starting this regimen, my knee felt better,
and has continued improving ever since -- without the brace,
and with no other treatment, except daily doses of CS. I've
gotten to the point where I no longer even favor the leg.
Que milagro!
