any ideas on resolving an abcess in the gum of an 8 year old? He has no pain but a visible bump in the gum on the exterior side which is above a previously filled tooth. I have tried Cs oral and topical and homeopathic remedies. Homeopathics have always worked with 2 of my other children for the same with amazing results.
